Your first order is your own personal fitting room. If your clothing doesn't fit or you don't like it for any reason, you can return your item(s) back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. *We will pay for your return shipping (Maximum of US$5.95) on your first order only. Please follow the "RETURNS BY MAIL" instructions. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a full store credit for your item(s) and an additional $5.95 shipping credit.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most shipping within the USA takes about 2 - 7 business days. International shipping varies, we estimate 15 - 25 business days. Curvy Sense does not ship on weekends and holidays.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted we are not able to change or cancel the order. However, if you call us within one (1) hour of your purchase, we may be able to cancel the entire order so you can start over. Please note, we can only do this if the order is not already being processed by the warehouse. Our representatives can be reached Monday through Friday 9 AM – 5 PM PST at 877-207-0034.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will still process and ship your order and notify you via your order that an item is out of stock. This process is in place to make sure your order is not delayed. We will automatically issue you a gift card (store credit) in the amount of the item minus the discount code used. If you choose not to use your gift card, we will process a refund at your request.
